Quantitative research method
Quantitative research is a systematic and structured empirical investigation of phenomena through the collection, analysis, and interpretation of numerical data. This research approach aims to quantify relationships, patterns, and trends to draw objective and statistically-supported conclusions.
Unlike qualitative research, which focuses on understanding the depth and context of experiences, quantitative research is characterized by its emphasis on measurement, objectivity, and statistical analysis.
Data analysis
This phase entails organising and analysing the information gathered during your interviews and surveys. To analyse means to make calculations, such as adding up the different responses so as to get a full picture of the situation.
The analysis may be in the form of tables, graphs, percentages, etc.
